Exchange Programs

I studied for one semester at the University of Wroclaw in Poland, and it is definitely an experience I can recommend to everyone. Studying abroad is the kind of opportunity you should not let pass by; the professional and personal growth is remarkable. At first I was unsure about doing an exchange abroad, but after returning I have no doubt it was my best choice. Toast!

San Diego, the best weather in the United States! I chose San Diego because the climate felt similar to my city, Recife. A tourist city is a great place to practice English, especially because people are so friendly. San Diego welcomes students from all over the world, which gives you the chance to explore many cultures and grow personally. Lots of music, parties, and adventures. This is California!

Living in Ireland was a great decision. I had the opportunity to improve my English and travel around Europe. Dublin has a unique atmosphere, with students from many backgrounds, lively nights, and varied food. Some people complain about the weather, but when you weigh everything, the advantages of the land of Guinness make the experience enriching. It truly added to my personal and professional growth. I thank my parents, Cult Brazil Intercâmbio, the Goethe-Institut, and God for giving me this experience and making my dream come true. Germany is my place, and I would not have made it without your help. It could not have been a better experience. I am meeting people from all over the world, from places I never imagined, and above all I became certain that I want to return and live in this country. Every second is a dream. Thank you!

There is so much to do in London; it always leaves you feeling there is still more to see. It is a historic city where, just walking the streets, I saw places that defined eras: Sherlock Holmes' 221B Baker Street, Amy Winehouse's Camden Town, Abbey Road, the street that inspired the Beatles, and many other fantastic places. London inspires culture. It was certainly the best and most anticipated experience of my life.

At first I did not know where to go, so I went to Cult and everything became easier; I chose my destination and decided how long I would stay abroad. My destination was Boston, USA, where I studied at LSI (Language Studies International). The school welcomed me very well and contributed in many ways to growth beyond language. I lived the happiest 42 days of my life, a unique experience for which I am very grateful to the whole #CultBrazilIntercambio team.

My exchange in Ireland was an experience of personal growth. Living in a different country and discovering myself alone in a faraway place truly made me think outside the box. Beyond becoming familiar with English, I became part of the lives of people who belong to a world with different rules, habits, and values. Without a doubt, it was valuable learning, not only professionally, but also in self-knowledge.
